All staff who work with landlords have over 5 years’ experience which facilitates a friendly and professional service, and contributes to our high tenancy sustainment rate of 96%. HOPE worldwide is a landlord and our Director and several of our staff are members of the NRLA.
We arrange for direct payments of rent and can help you find out why rent is not being paid. If issues arise, we liaise with the tenant, council and Universal Credit to resolve them. We can also help mediate if communication has broken down between landlords and tenant.
We are keen to work with landlords who can offer rooms and those who can provide self-contained or HMO accommodation to those on benefits or working part-time.
